WOW...now that was the mother of ALL road trips!
I logged over 6,000 miles, 15 days and tooo much fast food!
The car...well something was falling off of it, but Camo Man fixed it.
I have read Heathers blog for years, she is so genuine and sincere. If you have never been to her blog, STOP NOW and go see her awesome pictures.
I do not blog bunches, but I have traveled far to blog events and shows to meet fellow bloggers...lets just say some bloggers still think they are in high school and need to do a reality check at their "NEST".
They can not hold a candle to this sweet lady!!
Ok moving on...
LOVED THIS!
We went on Sunday and the booths where just beautiful...All vendors had restocked.
As you can see Maddie racked up! That petite girl can shop...
These sisters were just the sweetest things!
They welcomed us in their booth, we chatted and hope to see them soon in Texas!
Ok by this point you so get a little gitty !
Wouldn't you grab a string hanging from a bunch of cotton candy?
Hey I had been on the open road 12 days with my sister, a ten year old, and a three pound chihuahua.
Have a great weekend..
So glad you are all home safe and sound! I'm bummed that we didn't get a chance to meet but there will be other times I'm sure being your dad lives over here. I was in Spokane when you were over here and you were over in Spokane when I was back home! I'm just thrilled you got to meet Heather though! I've really enjoyed your pictures of the deer and the Farm show (and Susie's too.) I bet it feels great to be back home and in your own bed! That's always how I feel after vacation! Have a great weekend~
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa! Thank you for visiting me. Your pictures are great. Wasn't it the best? You are smart to go on Sunday. It's fun seeing other bloggers pictures, I see things I either missed or didn't take a picture of.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend~SueBee
Thanks for letting us tag along on your fabulous trip! Looks like you gals had so much fun!!! XOXO
ReplyDeleteLooks and sounds as if you had a blast! Loved your comment on the high school reality check. I always say, "We are not in junior high anymore, so why do some girls still act this way?" I look at it this way- these women are so very unhappy and insecure in their 'real' lives, so they have to live a fake life in the blogging world. I want the genuine thing in any type of friendship- be it in the virtual world or in person. Glad you found that in your friend, Heather. I'll pay her a visit.

Hi there :) I have been following your blog for some time. My name is Niqui and I am also made in the south, South Africa (^^,).
ReplyDeleteI looks like you had a fantastic time away! Welcome home
Hi Melissa,
ReplyDeletePlease tell me how the cotton candy was floating like balloons... are they hanging? I really want to recreate this when my nieces and nephew come visit. Care to share the magic or must I call Harry Potter? ; )
Thanks!
